We are thrilled to share new construction progress photos of Benchmark. The exterior walls of Building A are starting to take shape with the first set of panel tilt-ups along No. 6 Road.

Over the past few weeks, our team has been pouring the concrete for the panels on-site, utilizing wood bracing and rebar to form the final designs. Once the concrete is set, the forms are removed and lifting cables are attached to the panels. A large crane then tilts the walls vertically and carefully places them into the concrete footings. There are 120 total panels in Building A.

Once the panels are lifted and in place, the team connects temporary panel braces to the slab and disconnects the cables from the crane. This process is repeated until all the panels are tilted-up and secured, eventually forming the building’s entire exterior structure.

The next phase of construction will include pouring and finishing the remaining panels in Building A, completing the footings for building B and completing the first phase for the slab of building B.
